Random thoughts on art, technology, stuff, and occasionally Real Estate: Still Waiting for Google Wave

Still Waiting for Google Wave

I have several ideas about how I want to implement Google Wave .... but it's not released yet.

Here's the latest discussion I found about whether or not Google going to make the planned release date of September 30, 2009:

I sure hope my invite goes out in one of the first batches.

Cheryl - Okay, I've read about the Wave and now I want it too! And it's not like I don't have enough stuff to be working on in the technology department. LOL.

Hi, Cheryl: I will sign up, too, safe in the knowledge that I will be behind you in line and won't get trampled! :) Thanks for this! There's always something fun and new to explore in your blog. Happy TGIF, Robin

I remember when GMail was first released in 2004.  It was by invitation only.  People with extra invites sold them on eBay, which is where I got my first GMail invite.

I don't doubt I may end up buying my first GWave invite on eBay, too, next week.  :-)

Cheryl,

Thanks for keeping abreast of the Google Wave release.  I love my Gmail and Google Docs.
