Random thoughts on art, technology, stuff, and occasionally Real Estate: Happy Birthday, Elvis!

Happy Birthday, Elvis!

Today, January 8, 2010, would have been Elvis Presley's 75th Birthday.

UPDATE:

It is also Professor Stephen Hawking's birthday.

What an interesting juxtaposition! Both men, so completely unique, both made an indelible imprint on our times.

Hi Cheryl, Very neat. Amazing that he would be 75. I remember when I first heard him I was 10 or 11 I think.

Happy birthday to Elvis and to Stephen Hawking!

Hard to believe that Elvis would have been 75 today.

Yes, 75.  But he isn't alive and he isn't 75.  The Elvis thing is amazing.  You don't have to even be alive to have a birthday party!  Happy Birthday to Stephen Hawking.

I remember exactly where I was and what I said when he died. I'm thinking that most everyone else does too.
