Actually I'm not the first person to post it on Active Rain ,,,, Lenn Harley reblogged Stephanie Somers ... and I don't doubt that others have posted it, too.
There is another angle to this fiber optic thing, too. It seems to me it could create JOBS and Goodness knows there are plenty of communities around the USA that could use some better employment numbers!
