What a concept to have it rented while you are trying to sell it. . what if that takes just a few days?
The short sale package has not even been submitted yet, (it will be sent in this week) so even if a buyer is found in the next few days, the tenant will have the entire escrow and short-sale-processing period.
And of course, there will be full disclosure to the tenant of the situation.
